How do I connect your fixture to our gas line?

-We recommend that your licensed plumber connect our fixtures using 1/4″ copper flex tubing with a flared fitting. If they have any questions about installation we are only a phone call away.

How high should I mount the fixtures beside my front door?

-For safety, there must be at least 12 inches between the very top of the chimney and the ceiling and at least six inches from the side of the door. From there it is a matter of opinion, but most think that the flame should be slightly above eye level.

-It truly depends on gas prices in your area, but if you contact our sales office we have a chart that explains how to calculate cost.

How long does it take to produce one of your handmade fixtures?

-It typically takes 4-6 weeks for our fixtures to be produced so to be on the safe side we quote that you will receive them in 6-8 weeks. However, in some instances we can make exceptions and produce a little sooner, please call for availability.

Do you offer custom products?

-We do offer custom fixtures, whether they are completely custom or simply customizing our fixtures to meet your needs, we certainly can accommodate.

Do you offer Trade Discount?

-Our goal in the past has been to work primarily with the trade, and we did offer a discount. However, recently we decided to offer our trade pricing to all of our customers so everyone can enjoy our fixtures at our most competitive price.
